Kelsie Abey

Kelsie moved to Vienna in 2019 and has claimed it as home ever since. She started in March 2026 as the town clerk. She is also the treasurer of the Vienna Vol. Fire Company. She enjoys working with the residents of Vienna and looks forward to serving Vienna.
